A Sultan unit needs a Granite stone production line, and require the production is 200t/h.

Solution

After knowing the need of our customers, through detailed studies and careful planning, we recommend them the trapezium mill with a consideration of stability and maximum cost savings.On the design of the crushing process, we selects the laminated crushing equipment in order to reduce the loss of wear parts. The typical configuration is secondary jaw crusher or jaw crusher plus cone crusher. If the clients have higher request for final products shape, the impact crusher can be used for reshaping. Thus, three stage crushing process configurations are formed.

Summary

After one month production, transportation, installation, commissioning and trial operation, the production line can up to 200t / h. Currently the equipment is steadily performed and well operated.
