The whole vehicle has a low chassis, compact and reasonable structure, modular assembly structure, small turning radius, low requirements for road transportation conditions, and convenient and fast conversion and entry and exit.

It integrates process equipment such as material receiving, crushing and conveying, and through the optimization of process flow, it has good crushing performance for rock crushing, aggregate production and open-pit mining.

Low shipping cost

The mobile crushing station can be directly driven into the raw material site, which can crush the material on-site, eliminating the intermediate link of transporting the material away from the site and then crushing it, and greatly reducing the cost of material transportation.

Materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. And then the crushed materials will be transferred to circular vibrating screen to form a closed-circuit system for cycle crushing. The finished materials will be transferred out by belt conveyors. This is a continuous crushing operations. And the circular vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production demands, just to crush raw materials directly for primary crushing. So that it will be convenient and flexible to work together with other assorted crushing machines.
