Gold Ore Crushing and Processing

Production line is introduced: Gold occurs principally as a native metal, usually alloyed to a greater or lesser extent with silver or sometimes with mercury,so we need the gold ore line of processing and crushing

Machinery Recommended: Jaw Crusher + Cs Series Cone Crusher + Cone Crusher + Ball Mill + Flotation Machine + Sand Screening Machine + Vibrating Feeder +

Gold occurs principally as a native metal, usually alloyed to a greater or lesser extent with silver, or sometimes with mercury. Native gold occur as sizeable nuggets, as fine grains or flakes in alluvial deposits, or as grains or microscopic particles embedded in other rocks.

GOLD ORE CRUSHING & PROCESSING

1.Crushing and screening - three closed blocks

Large gold ore is sent to jaw crusher or mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder. The coarse crushing gold ore is sieved by the vibrating screen and then sent by the belt conveyor. A single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used for middle smashing; the crushed gold ore material is sent to multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;

2.Grinding

The 0-12 mm gold powder that has passed through the vibrating screen is evenly sent to ball mill for milling, and then gold powder is sieved by spiral classifier.If it does not meet the requirements, it is sent to the ball mill to continue milling.

3.Beneficiation

In the beneficiation process, due to various types and properties of gold ore, the beneficiation methods used are also different. However, re-election, flotation, amalgamation, cyanidation, and resin pulp, carbon slurry adsorption, heap leaching are commonly used.For some types of ore, joint gold extraction processes are often used.
